This is a sample notice for demo purposes. Before go-live, each shop replaces the placeholders below with their own legal name, address, and contact details.

What we collect
When you book online we collect your name, phone number, email address, optional note, and appointment details (service, date and time). If you cancel or reschedule online, that action is also stored.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and manage your appointment, send confirmation / cancellation / reschedule emails, contact you about the booking if needed, and keep a shop calendar. We do not use your booking data for marketing emails.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform that appointment booking (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Spam protection (captcha) is based on our legitimate interest in securing the booking form (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives your data
Your data is controlled by the shop operating this booking system. It may also be processed by the hosting provider, the email delivery provider (to send booking emails), and Cloudflare (Turnstile captcha) when you submit the form. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept for up to 24 months after the appointment date, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. Contact the shop using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Belgium: Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
Security & manage links
The booking site uses HTTPS. The cancel/reschedule link in your email is personal — do not share it. Admin access to the calendar is password-protected.
Cookies & local storage
We store your language choice locally on your device. Cloudflare Turnstile may set technical cookies needed to verify you are human. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this booking site.
